Refund policy

Canceling your order

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order hasn't been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred.

Typically most orders are filled and shipped within 24 hours from the time they are received. PeakVitas support can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns Policy will take effect.

Returns Process  
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

Contact our Customer Support at support@peakvitas.com within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping and Shipping Protection cost won't be refunded if the order is returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in brand new condition as you received it. Not damaged. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You must take a photo of the product in unused condition in original packaging along with your return postal tracking number and email it to support@peakvitas.com including your order number.

After shipping the product to our warehouse address: 322 Culver Blvd
Playa del Rey, CA 90293. You will then be issued a refund within 3-5 business days. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


Exchanges (if applicable)  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@peakvitas.com and we will provide you with instructions.

 

Damaged Items (if applicable)  

If product arrives damaged, you must send a photo of the product with original packaging included in the photo to support@peakvitas.com  within 3 days of delivery. Once photo is inspected and approved we will honor a replacement of the item (including shipping costs). No refunds on damaged items. Once your item is replaced you are then eligible for a return based on "Returns" policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
